This is a small personal site. It does not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, build marketing lists, or place analytics cookies unless you accept them. This notice explains the few services it does use.

Each use is limited to running the site, protecting its forms, measuring useful content, or replying when you contact me.
If you submit a form, I receive the details you enter, such as your email address, name, website and message. The email also includes the submission time, page, IP address and browser user agent so I can reply and investigate abuse. The message is delivered to my business mailbox at Visual Media Factory through Google Workspace.
Google Analytics 4 loads under Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default. Before acceptance, it sends cookieless measurement signals but does not read or write Analytics cookies. If you accept, first party Analytics cookies are allowed. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google Signals remain disabled in every state.
Your analytics choice and the time you made it are stored in your
browser under sk_analytics_consent. An acceptance remains
in place until you change it. A decline is respected for 180 days
before the site may ask again. You can reopen the choice at any time
through Analytics settings in the footer.
Cloudflare provides DNS, traffic protection and the Turnstile check on both forms. Turnstile evaluates browser and network signals to separate people from automated abuse. When you submit, the one time token and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare for verification.
The hosting and security layers process ordinary request data such as IP address, requested URL, time and user agent. The form rate limiter stores a SHA 256 hash of the IP address with submission timestamps outside the public site. Those small rate limit files become eligible for removal after about 24 hours.
Form details are used to answer the request and manage any work you ask me to perform. Security records, rate limiting and Turnstile are used to keep the site and mailbox safe. Analytics cookies are based on your consent. Essential hosting and security processing is based on the need to operate the service and prevent abuse.
The providers used for this site are Contabo for server hosting, Cloudflare for traffic protection and Turnstile, and Google for Analytics and the Workspace mailbox. Their systems may process data in countries outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their own terms.

Form emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you, maintain a record of any resulting work, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Security and hosting records follow the server's protected log rotation and incident retention rules. Google Analytics follows the retention controls configured for the property. When there is no continuing reason to keep personal information, it is deleted or anonymized.
You can decline or withdraw Analytics cookie consent at any time through Analytics settings. You may also ask what personal information I hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict a use, or request a portable copy where applicable. You may complain to the data protection authority that has jurisdiction where you live. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred.
